The stock interior (seats, flooring/carpet, gauges, etc) was not going to hold up to what I had plans for the vehicle for off-roading and utility on the hunting lease.
So......out came everything. The interior floor was media blasted to bare metal. I replaced the front floor pans due to some very slight rust. I then shot heavy sealant coat and primer, then laid down 3 coats of Durabak rugged liner.
The rollbar is a Smittybuilt 4 point with their add-on front hoop. I added a dash bar and a bar behind the seat, along with some crossbars in the top hoop. I really just need to build a cage from scratch for better body and head clearance around the cab.
I also built a seat frame into the rollcage for the Baja seats, and added 5pt harnesses.
I replaced the backseat with a monster heavy-plastic tool box.
The stock gauges weren't to be trusted, so a gauge pod was added on the bottom center of the dash with AutoMeter tach, water temp, and tranny temp gauges.
A plate for switches went in the hole where a radio was (ARB switches, fuel pump, engine fan, tranny cooler fan, etc)
Here's a wide shot for now:
